What is TCF?
TCF, or "The Chaos Files" is an oc project made by Alec Oliver K, Also known as Mel_x. or Mel_x.art
This is an attempt at writing a fantasy story withing the confinds of your regular world
"What world?" I'm glad you asked!
The entire, yes ENTIRE, 'plot' takes a place on an island called Rutilion! (More info on it will be in the 'World' section)
